Some examples of Shift’s work with Improvement Communities includes:

• Student Experience Project: Shift worked with several partners and supported group collaboration, facilitating a network of university and learning partners toward the shared aim of improving student experience.
  
  
• Multilingual Learner Network: Shift led six virtual design meetings to coproduce a shared aim and key drivers that center multilingual learners. The shared aim and drivers supported ML learners to thrive in personal and academic development—increasing their sense of belonging and affirming their language, identity, and culture in the classroom.
  
  
• Hybrid Advising Co-Op: The Hybrid Advising Co-Op brings together a small number of college advising organizations who will form teams with local schools, students and caregivers to learn faster how to leverage AI to increase the percent of 12^th grade high school students who matriculate in post-secondary options that provide credentials that will lead to a livable wage.
