Everyone benefits from a supportive coach. Someone who has traveled the road you are on that can help guide the way. Someone who knows where all the big rocks and boulders are and how to traverse them. Someone who knows where the bottlenecks and crevasses are and how to navigate them.
We are prepared to meet you where you are when you need support. If you need a "light-touch" thought partner to consult a couple hours a week, we can support you. If you have a team of improvement advisors that are grappling with big tensions, we can facilitate generative conversations to work through those problems of practice. If you are an expert among your peers, we can observe your facilitation and coaching and debrief to provide support. We believe in mentoring leaders and coaches using supportive, adaptable methods. These methods then serve as a model for building the leaders’ capacity to support team members in improvement work.
